- Introducing new innovations and ideas in Group Audit.
- Supporting with the delivery of strategic projects among various workstreams, such as planning and reporting, process improvements, automation and agile.
- Coordinating internal and external communications.
- Organizing and plan group-wide learning and leadership events.
- Assisting with local and group-wide team events.
- Bachelor/Master Student in Relevant Area: Economics, Business, Strategy & Organization, Communications, etc.
- Strong Communicator and Presenter: Excellent communication and presentation abilities, especially at creating impactful PowerPoint presentations and conveying complex ideas clearly in written form.
- Collaborative and Culturally Aware: Experienced in working within multi-cultural teams, demonstrating collaborative nature and strong communication skills.
- Proactive and Growth-Oriented: Eager to learn, take initiative, and continuously develop both personally and professionally.
- Creative and Detail-Focused: Brings innovative thinking to problem-solving while maintaining a methodical and detail-oriented approach.
- Technically Skilled and Organized: Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams) with basic project management and task prioritization capabilities.
- Language Skills: Fluent verbal and written English language skills.
