  • Give support for the IP strategy implementation in all its phases;
  • IP Portfolio management (monitoring, filing, renewal and prosecution);
  • Handling oppositions/invalidity actions, administrative cancellations, civil and criminal litigations, interfacing with external IP lawyers and agents;
  • Anti-counterfeiting cases management, both on-line and off-line;
  • Customs seizures and local enforcement authorities management, coordination of specific training for law enforcement agencies;
  • Drafting of opinions about the registrability of a trademark and prior art searches;
  • Review and drafting of legal documents (e.g., cease & desist letters, undertakings, settlements and co-existence agreements) with support of external IP consultants.
Who you areYou are a professional with strong analytical skills, precision and good organizational skills.You have:- An educational background in Law;
- At least 2 years of experience in structured multinational corporate environments within the retail, fashion or manufacturing sectors, and/or within consulting firms specializing in trademarks, designs, patents and copyrights;
- Fluency in Italian and English languages;
- A specialization in Intellectual Property will be considered a plus.
