On behalf of our client, a premium Hospitality venue, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to lead and oversee the operations of two signature restaurants within a luxury environment The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing F&B operations in a luxury contemporary hospitality environment, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and profitability.Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership:
  • Manage daily operations of the two F&B outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction, address feedback promptly, and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Team Management:
  • Lead, train, and develop a diverse team of F&B professionals to deliver exceptional hospitality standards.
  • Foster a positive, service-oriented culture that reflects the brand’s values.
  • Financial Performance:
  • Develop and control budgets for the outlets, monitor P&L, and implement cost-control measures without compromising quality.
  • Drive revenue growth through innovative concepts, upselling techniques, and special promotions.
  • Standards & Compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Maintain brand and luxury service standards across all touchpoints.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the Culinary Team, Sales & Marketing, and other departments to optimize guest experience and event execution.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for premium product sourcing aligned with the brand identity.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education: Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in an F&B leadership role within a luxury hotel or fine dining environment, preferably contemporary in style.
  • Languages:
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in French or German highly desirable.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, and drive profitability.
  • Excellent knowledge of modern F&B trends, guest preferences, and service excellence standards.
