All DE&I Partners work across the Roche enterprise to enable execution and achievement of our DE&I Strategy and the Ten-Year Ambitions.The CDO supports flexible work arrangementsThe Position:As a transformational leader that engages and influences the organization towards a common purpose, the DE&I Partner will implement a holistic approach to DE&I truly integrated into people practices and business outcomes – and this throughout the value chain – so the sustainable benefits of a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace can be experienced both internally and externally.The DE&I Partner will be a member of the CDO Leadership Team and will report to the Chief Diversity Officer.The DE&I Partner will work across all parts of the enterprise and partner with key business leaders (CEC level included) to enable the implementation of our Global DE&I Strategy and Roche Ten-Year Ambitions.Your opportunitiesYou provide thought leadership on DE&I and belonging across the global organization and you create energy and enthusiasm for DE&I, amplifying existing commitments to create an environment where all employees feel they belong.You work with senior leaders to develop and implement our DE&I strategy with measurable outcomes, creating a process for holding leaders accountable through KPIs and metrics.You partner with senior business leaders to ensure diverse, equitable and inclusive approaches are integrated into all aspects of our business, including elements such as our approach to science and country-level market access.You develop and implement Roche’s external strategy for DE&I presence and influence.You coach and mentor other colleagues as required to continuously build DE&I capability in the organization.You lead and participate in squads/work product teams as deemed necessary to integrate a DE&I perspective.Who you areYou bring over 10 years of experience in DE&I or a related field - with a significant proportion of this time leading the DE&I agenda at a global and/or regional levelYou have extensive knowledge of DE&I topics including inclusive leadership, unconscious bias , allyship, belonging, equity, access etcAs an avid systems thinker you understand the complexities of operating effectively in a large, global organization. Experience working in agile organizations would be a plus.Ideally you have built strong business acumen in the Pharma/ Healthcare environment, ideally working with commercial parts of an organization.You contribute with your experience in creating differentiated DE&I strategies that have transformed the relationship of an organization to DE&I.You are a strong executive coach on all aspects of DE&IYour ability to interact, influence and collaborate with employees and management across all levels is outstanding.You can demonstrate return of investment (ROI) of workplace DE&I by linking data to business outcomes; you have the ability to fully utilize data and analytics to determine recommendations and reinforce key messages.You enjoy facilitation and public speaking with both small and large groups.Who we areAt Roche, more than 100,000 people across 100 countries are pushing back the frontiers of healthcare.
