o Serve as project lead for major product launches, from briefing to execution, ensuring alignment across communication touchpoints
o Support the communication planning and execution of key global and regional press events as well as Longines-sponsored activities
o Coordinate timelines, milestones and deliverables with internal and external stakeholders to drive timely and impactful campaign execution
o Set clear goals and KPIs for each communication project, ensuring results are monitored, reported, and continuously optimizedContent Development & Messaging Consistencyo Oversee the development of communication materials (press releases, key messaging, executive speeches, digital content, etc.) with a consistent brand tone and narrative
o Act as the central contact for external copywriting and translation agencies, ensuring editorial excellence and brand alignment across all content
o Support the creation of original content tailored for press, digital platforms, internal use, and retail partners
o Work in close collaboration with other departments to ensure cross-channel coherence in storytellingInternational Market Supporto Provide communication toolkits and strategic guidance to local market teams, helping adapt global campaigns to local relevance without compromising brand consistency
o Develop and maintain a communication roadmap with key milestones, facilitating efficient planning and rollouts for market-level implementation£
o Act as a communication consultant to local teams, offering best practices, workshops, and feedback loopsCross-functionnal Collaborationo Liaise with departments such as Digital Marketing, Events, Brand Content, Sales, E-commerce, Training, Brand Heritage and Product Development to ensure alignment on messaging and campaign timing
o Drive collaboration across teams to maximize campaign reach, consistency, and effectiveness across all touchpointsProfileYou have a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
You have 5-7 years of experience in a communications role, preferably in an international and/or luxury environment
You have a strong understanding of media relations, digital content, and campaign lifecycle management
You have experience managing complex, cross-functional projects across multiple countriesProfessional requirementsStrong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
