Instrumental design and further development of our global enterprise messaging service with a focus on Cisco Email Security Gateway (IronPort) and Microsoft EOP/ATP in a hybrid O365 cloud environment
Working closely with global engineering and operations teams to further develop our products and services
Analysis, rectification and initiation of measures in the event of disruptions in the area of responsibility through participation in incident and problem management processes
Design, implement, and manage authentication protocols to protect our messaging service
Design, implement and manage encryption and signing solutions using modern encryption gateways to secure messaging communications
As part of the team, they ensure on-call readiness for our global messaging service to ensure rapid resolution of high-priority incidents.
RequirementsYour profile:
Higher technical education and further education.
Practical experience and experience in a financial industry is an advantage.
At least 8 years of practical experience in the field of complex heterogeneous messaging environments.
Experience in integrating and deploying third-party applications in a hybrid environment.
Proven experience from global Exchange hybrid and Exchange on-premises environments.
You have proven experience in the field of email hygene and the use of corresponding solutions, including Microsoft Defender for Email & Collaboration, Cisco Email Security (IronPort) or similar email security gateway products.
Good knowledge of written and spoken German is an advantage and fluent written and spoken English.
You are familiar with common authentication and security features in the messaging environment.
In-depth knowledge of journaling and reporting services.
