Minimum 5 years of experience in innovation ventures, project coaching, management, and methodologies (traditional/agile, workshop facilitation), or strategy consulting in digital innovation/transformation, ideally in a corporate setting.

Co-lead the innovation process with project teams from problem framing, idea generation, validation, project development, testing and implementation (notably through Proof of Concept/Value Stage). Oversee end-to-end project delivery of multiple innovation projects simultaneously from a people, solution, and process standpoint.
Build tailored support solutions and propose methods adapted to project needs. Identify qualified partners to accompany internal clients.
Set cadence and facilitate progress of initiatives, including definition of milestones, success measures, and enabling decision making.
Plan, facilitate and lead discussions with varied groups of stakeholders (e.g., business and technology), sponsors and management. Ensure clarity, expectation management and timely delivery.
Tracking of ongoing initiatives using project management tools, actively communicate progress of these initiatives.
Organize, facilitate, and consolidate outputs of collaborative workshops.
Continuously develop the incubation process. Foster know-how and best practices around incubation, prototyping/experimentation, innovation methods and digital subjects. Develop elements to build our innovation pipeline, source, identify and contribute to the selection of high-value and transverse initiatives.
Maintain and develop network and engagement with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., collaborators, providers, startups, academics).
Develop an understanding of business activities and challenges as well as adapted modes of support.
Contribute to the communication related to TILT and supported initiatives. Ensure smooth and high-quality execution of daily activities (e.g., workshops, events).
Assist in program development of talks, technology showcases and short courses (internal & external). Scout for and interact with speakers for events and future collaboration, in turn developing the local and regional innovation network.
Context & EnvironmentThe Trading Branches of TotalEnergies (TGP and T&S) have established a dedicated Innovation Lab for Trading (TILT), a service with the goal to foster the innovation mindset and drive transformation, innovation & digital projects in the trading sector. TILT is an internal and transverse accelerator of projects and technology adoption across the whole range of trading activities, inspired by intrapreneurial and start-up practices.We aim at transforming ideas into business opportunities, accelerating innovation, digital transformation, and transverse collaboration.We transmit innovation knowledge and foster new ideas through plenary talks, workshops, and short courses, facilitate ideation and accompany innovation projects through the launch phase.You will work within the TILT Innovation Lab, which collaborates with the full range of departments across the TGP and T&S organization, innovation entities of other TotalEnergies branches and external technology and innovation partners.Your main mission as a Project Lead at TILT is to lead incubation and development programs of internal innovation initiatives, from problem framing, ideation, method proposal and process facilitation, stakeholder/support network engagement as well as progress assurance
