This role is also expected to strengthen our risk management framework and ensure regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities
Responsible for all aspects of Accounting Operations (AR, AP, GL and Tax) within China
Lead and manage month-end finance closing for China including journal entries, GL account review / verifications and BS reconciliation to ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, tax regulations, and SWO group policies
Support Head of Finance on monthly/quarterly management reporting package for local and APAC review
Overseas cash flow management and working capital optimization
Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors for statutory audits and filings
Engaged in continuous financial process improvement to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Other ad-hoc assignments as needed
What we need to see from you
Bachelor’s degree and above in Finance or Accounting, CPA/ACCA preferred
15+ years in hybrid finance roles with proven track record in solid technique accounting, internal control or planning & analysis
Have a team-first attitude, be flexible with different finance role back-up, and live a Growth Mindset – with a focus on continuous, sustainable improvements to drive forward the vision of the One finance organization
Excellent communication skills with good command of English
Advanced proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, BI, NAV)
Ability to work under pressure and fast-paced environment
