- Hands-on work in multiple laboratories, preparing samples, instruments, and performing analyses.
- Accurate data recording, data presentation, and maintenance of documentation.
- Contribution and continuous improvement in work processes and groups.
- Being an important link in the chain of our daily project work. Ensuring smooth workflows, including buffer preparation, sample preparation, sample ID management, and sample analysis.

- Matriculation or recent graduation from a university or technical college with a background in pharmacy, pharmaceutical sciences, biotechnology, chemistry, biology, or related fields.
- A very strong team player.
- Flexibility, agility, and proactivity with a willingness to learn and execute complex tasks.
- Self-motivated with a strong passion for science and interest in pharmaceutical R&D.
- Very good verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of accuracy; ability to judge plausibility of results.
- Lab work experience is a plus.
- Analytical instrument knowledge is a plus.
- For Non-EU/ Non-EFTA citizens matriculated in a Swiss university /
