You help us succeed.How you make a difference- You manage and coordinate IT projects and external IT partners in Swiss Post's goods logistics as part of this transformation.- Your understanding of goods logistics processes enables you to translate them into a customized IT strategy and roadmap.- You take business requirements into account, work closely with the business units and coordinate the IT strategy with stakeholders.- You ensure the quality and continuous improvement of our IT solutions and processes in Swiss Post's Goods Logistics unit. You place particular emphasis on the use of standard applications and their harmonization.- You keep a constant eye on market trends, market solutions and customer needs, and adapt the IT goods logistics range of services accordingly.- You take responsibility for achieving the objectives of the projects you manage, ensuring that our solutions are customer-focused and holistic.What you have to offer- You have a Master's degree in informatics or a related field, ideally supplemented by advanced training in project management and agile working methods.- With several years' experience in managing IT projects, preferably in the field of goods logistics or logistics in general, you have a deep understanding of the sector's specific requirements.- You have proven and well-founded expertise in project management methods and tools as well as in the management of DevOps teams.
