Job Category: CreativeJob Description:Duties and ResponsibilitiesAs a Sustainability Trainee, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:Manage Earth Lab operations (Weekly activity calendar, on-demand workshops, creation of new workshops, inventory, stock re-ordering, cleanliness, amenity production, revenue generation)Assistance in the management of the Water Bottling Facilities: Set-up, requisition, maintenance, bottling, improvementLeading Children related activities in & out of the Earth Lab, assisting with Children during Sunday brunchInvolvement with Waste Management, ensuring team has the necessary equipment to operate seamlesslyAssist with the GSTC application & other necessary paperwork to Home OfficeEnriching of Sustainability-related Mission Wellness offering for hostsClose collaboration with Wellness team (Alchemy bar, outdoor activities, curated experiences, etc) if necessaryAssist Experience team where necessary, leading Out of the Ordinary experiences, following up with guestsIncrease integration of Sustainability philosophy in all guest journeyIncrease guest-facing visibility of the Sustainability Fund, learn to communicate the value of these projectsEngage with various Sustainability Fund partnersSustainability is a very diverse job with myriad possibilities, candidate must remain open minded and expect to work cross-departmentally dailyQualificationsTo execute the position of Sustainability Trainee, I must have the required qualifications and technical skills:Technical skills include MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I am also familiar with various hotel systems including POS, PMS and CRM platforms. I have excellent knowledge of guest related functions and guest service.Fluent in English and FrenchInternship starting from: March 2026
