This requires role requires attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate and plan ahead.What You’ll Do
Provide top-tier IT support to end users.
Oversee daily helpdesk operations, ensuring coverage and fast resolution of issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems across Windows 11, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Outlook, video conferencing, and telephony systems.
Advise users on optimising Outlook and productivity tools.
Perform network troubleshooting with a solid understanding of protocols and processes.
Create and maintain clear, user-friendly technical documentation.
Contribute to local, regional, and global IT projects.
Support workload shifts-adjusting priorities, covering weekends/holidays if required.
Mentor colleagues, share best practices, and raise overall support standards.
What You Bring
5+ years of IT support experience in enterprise-level environments (financial services a strong plus).
Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Outlook, and network troubleshooting.
Proven experience supporting video conferencing and telephony solutions.
Ability to manage workload, adapt to changing priorities.
Excellent troubleshooting skills with a structured, logical approach.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Well-organised and proactive-able to plan ahead, especially when supporting VIPs and traders.
Fluent in English; German skills are a plus.
