TasksWe are looking for a dedicated theory teacher to carry out the following tasks with us:
  • Instruction in the subjects "Flight Planning and Monitoring" and "General Navigation" for prospective airline pilots at various training levels, including ATPL
  • In-depth teaching of theoretical knowledge required for the safe operation of aircraft and navigation in the air
  • Supervision of diploma theses as part of the "Dipl. Pilot HF" training program
  • Promoting e-learning initiatives in order to use innovative teaching methods and optimize training
  • Contributing to the creation of teaching materials and methods in order to continuously improve the training process

  • Adequate specialist training in the fields of "Flight Planning and Monitoring" and "General Navigation" or holder of an ATP or MPL license (currently valid or expired)
  • Teaching experience with young adults
  • Very good didactic and pedagogical skills to convey complex topics in an understandable way
  • Ideally in possession of the SVEB-1 certificate, but this is not a must
  • High level of initiative and a goal-oriented approach to ensure the educational success of our trainees
  • Very good knowledge of German and English at C1 level
  • Knowledge of learning management systems is an advantage
