TasksWe are looking for a dedicated theory teacher to carry out the following tasks with us:
Instruction in the subjects "Flight Planning and Monitoring" and "General Navigation" for prospective airline pilots at various training levels, including ATPL
In-depth teaching of theoretical knowledge required for the safe operation of aircraft and navigation in the air
Supervision of diploma theses as part of the "Dipl. Pilot HF" training program
Promoting e-learning initiatives in order to use innovative teaching methods and optimize training
Contributing to the creation of teaching materials and methods in order to continuously improve the training process

Adequate specialist training in the fields of "Flight Planning and Monitoring" and "General Navigation" or holder of an ATP or MPL license (currently valid or expired)
Teaching experience with young adults
Very good didactic and pedagogical skills to convey complex topics in an understandable way
Ideally in possession of the SVEB-1 certificate, but this is not a must
High level of initiative and a goal-oriented approach to ensure the educational success of our trainees
Very good knowledge of German and English at C1 level
Knowledge of learning management systems is an advantage
