- Execution of the practical project work within a cGMP regulated environment. An implicit lead function in process execution can be assigned.
- Author, review and Implementation of process related procedures (Standard operation procedures, Reports,…).
- Identify areas for improvement, optimize operations, and ensure a smooth flow of goods throughout the supply chain.
- Reporting of non-conformances and initiation of quality issue records and low impact investigations as well as corrective actions under cGMP.
- Evaluate process performance and deviations while implementing a culture of continuous improvement within the logistics function by developing and implementing performance measurement systems, conducting regular audits, and driving lean methodologies.
- Propose new or improved technologies to enhance quality, cost efficiencies, personnel safety and regulatory compliance
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as Manufacturing, Site Distribution/Logistics, and Quality.
- University or higher technical education qualification with several years of experience
- Desired Experience within a cGMP environment (Change Controls, CAPA’s,Deviations,…). Will be considered as an advance
- Confident handling of MS-Office
- Experience with ERP Systems (desired)
- Ability to work according to tight and changing timelines
- Accurate working and documentation style
- English and/or German is a must
- Good team player, competence for cross-divisional cooperation
