- Lead and execute the regional medical strategy for several brands in our Cough & Cold and Sleep portfolios in close cooperation with the MFT teams (Brand, Sales, PR).
- Lead/ Enable the development of product claims and non-promotional and promotional content including Toolboxes, Educational Modules, Detail-Aids, Leave Behinds in both traditional and digital media.
- Manage & collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders to drive brand advocacy and build scientific credibility.
- Lead medical Intelligence initiatives to understand medical needs, scientific trends and competitive landscape, current/ emerging therapeutic innovations, healthcare systems and competitor challenges.
- Design and lead scientific publication strategies related to the dissemination of medical-clinical data.
- Support creation and life cycle management of global core documents (CTD) and label documents.
- Broad project responsibilities to co-create and influence the strategic direction of the research work to be done.
- A MD or life sciences degree; PhD would be a plus.
- Proven experience in Healthcare Industry, preferably in medical affairs and with experience on medicines.
- Excellent English language capabilities, both written and spoken.
- Very good capabilities of another EU language (e.g. German, French, Spanish, Italian) can be an advantage.
- Strong strategic and critical thinking and business acumen.
- Technical ability in assessing scientific data and extracting most relevant information.
- Passion for innovation, discovering new trends, learning, growing subject expertise and sharing across teams.
- Agility in creating solutions.
- Creative thinking when it comes to how to best use the science to drive our business with strong external focus.
- Experienced in managing high level international Key Opinion Leaders.
