- Lead the implementation and configuration of DevOps processes, preferably with Azure.
- Drive improvements of the DevOps environment with Boards, Epics, Features, User stories, and Tasks, helping team leads focus on high-value development activities.
- Customize and optimize the DevOps environment based on the team’s requirements and compliance.
- Ensure the DevOps Agile process is followed, and team members understand their roles and responsibilities, promoting best practices within the Scrum framework.
- Facilitate Agile Planning through Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Lead coordination efforts across multiple teams, including Product, UX, Engineering, Labs, and CTO, facilitating effective and efficient communication and problem-solving.
- Implement and manage Agile methodologies for Scrum execution.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth project progression and contingency planning.
- Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
- Collaborate with the R&D, PMs, UX, and Cloud to consolidate into a single DevOps process.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide project updates to the leadership team.
- Previous experience in an Agile Project Manager / Agile Delivery Lead / Scrum Master role, preferably in a software product development environment.
- Detailed knowledge of Agile practices and DevOps principles.
- Exceptional organizational skills with experience managing and working within time-constrained environments.
- Brilliant communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to promote positive group dynamics and collaboration.
- Scrum Master Certification will be considered a plus.
