We are looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused professional to be the main contact for our service vans and support the Logistics and Operations team in their daily tasks. You thrive on details, communicate with ease, and know how to keep multiple tasks moving at once. Your background includes a couple of years in operations, purchasing, sales, or logistics, ideally within the bike or sports world, and you bring a practical, people-first approach to every challenge.Main Tasks LogisticsSorting EU Logistics inbox incl. prioritization of tasks by given color flagsExecute Product TransfersCommunicate Shipping instructions to external vendors / CenturyForwarding shipping docs where needed and file docs awayMonitor shipping errorsMonitor and annual update of CE Declarations of ConformityMain Tasks for OperationsMonitor Data Accuracy in Oracle ERP systemAnalyze and review existing cost data to ensure system accuracy. Monitor missing or wrong pricingBackup for maintenance of price listsRequirementsPeople-oriented and ideally commercial education with a min. of 2 years’ experience in operation, purchasing, sales or logistics in the bike or sports industryGreat social, communication and networking skillsGood business understanding as well as good analytical and planning skillsResponsible, dedicated and pro-active person with ability to stay calm and patience even in hectic timesVery good communication skills English (German and additional languages are a plus) with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholdersGood IT user knowledge (MS Office, especially Excel and ERP systems like Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics NAV or SAP). Numbers driven professional with Excel experience is a plus.Passion for cycling and the Specialized brandEU work permit (Czech office) or Swiss work permit (CH office)
