Business Analyst - Trading to Core Banking System Integration

• Analyse and document end-to-end interface requirements between trading and core banking systems.

• Define data mappings, transformation rules, and message specifications to support automated trade and cash flow processing.

• Collaborate with developers, solution architects, and internal stakeholders to validate assumptions, manage dependencies, and ensure successful system integration.

• Produce high-quality documentation, including business requirements, field definitions, and user stories.

• Support the planning and execution of system integration testing (SIT/UAT), including test case preparation and defect management.

• Participate in project meetings, technical walkthroughs, and progress reviews to ensure alignment with program goals.

• Ensure smooth connectivity and data flow between platforms.

• Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and business domains.

• Operate in a self-driven, detail-oriented manner in a delivery-focused environment.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on system integration or banking technology projects.

• Strong understanding of trading systems and post-trade workflows (especially in securities finance, including lending, borrowing, and repo).

• Experience with data mapping, message structuring, and working with APIs or message queues.

• Ability to produce clear, structured documentation for both technical and business audiences.

• Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Prior experience with core banking implementations or platform transitions in capital markets.

• Experience working in environments with complex system architectures and batch/real-time data interfaces.

• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages, particularly German, is a significant advantage.
