We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support regulatory registrations for all brands—particularly in the Middle East, Africa, and emerging markets such as India and Pakistan. - Supporting product notifications and registration processes for new market entries, including India, Pakistan, the Middle East, and Africa.
- Serving as a backup for creating and updating essential regulatory documentation, such as Declarations of Conformity.
- Liaising with regulatory agencies and laboratories to ensure timely updates and renewals of product licenses.
- Acting as a key point of contact for regulatory inquiries from Sales, Amazon, and other stakeholders related to new markets.
- Providing support for additional regulatory activities as needed.
- Assisting in reporting product sales volumes to environmental agencies in countries with mandatory reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Acting as an additional point of contact for internal teams, customers, and environmental authorities on topics such as recycling taxes and compliance.
- Helping maintain compliance with waste reporting obligations, including new product categories and direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels.
- Supporting the implementation of new environmental regulations (e.g., Eco-design, PPWR, UK RAM).
- Collaborating with local and global teams to gather product data required for environmental reporting.
- Entering and validating product data in Oracle in accordance with environmental reporting procedures.
- Collecting and communicating product recycling tax classifications to relevant departments to meet reporting deadlines.
- Working with IT to provide input for the development and improvement of environmental reporting tools.
- Supporting health and safety complaint handling and reporting processes.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external consumer service agencies to investigate product complaints.
- Interfacing with Competent Authorities for reporting adverse events related to medical devices (MIR).
- Contributing to broader post-market surveillance activities.
- Participate in Quality Management System (QMS) activities and initiatives as required
- IT, Supply Chain or Commercial background preferred
- 1-2 years of related experience in an international environment
- Experience with several of our product categories and environmental reporting would be an asset
- Fluent in English, also fluency in French would be an asset.
- Advanced MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Oracle (or other ERP)
