Your job as a Junior IT System Engineer
You work for many of our customers and independently take on varied customer orders and tasks.
You will install and support hardware and software at our customers' sites or remotely.
You will provide cloud services, handle user mutations, offer hardware and software, plan tickets and changes.
In doing so, you will expand your knowledge until you can work independently as an IT system engineer.
You manage all your tasks, tickets and services via our Cloud Business Platform. With your care and commitment, you inspire our customers so that they are in good hands and advised.
During your time as a Junior IT System Engineer, you will develop into a project manager, so that you can implement your own projects.
Requirements:
You have a basic computer science education or comparable practical experience, ideally already in the IT industry.
You have experience with Windows client and server, Microsoft 365, firewall and networking.
You are a reliable, communicative personality with a high level of commitment and a good team player.
You speak perfect German and can converse in English.
You have a driving licence Cat. B and preferably drive a car safely.
