In this key role, you will lead the pack line on the shop floor and have overall responsibility for the areas of on-time delivery, costs, quality and occupational safety (HSE).Your role and responsibilitiesGuiding the Pack Line in Battery ProductionPlanning of the necessary resources as well as promotion and further development of employees in the teamFurther development of the organization in terms of processes and competenciesResponsibility for the achievement of operational goals, compliance with occupational safety and the continuous optimization of work processes in terms of quality and productivityYour BackgroundCompleted apprenticeship in a technical fieldFurther training at the HF technician level or comparableAt least three years of experience in a comparable production environmentHigh level of self-motivation, resilience and strong quality awarenessCooperative, solution-oriented way of working as well as good communication skills, both written and spokenVery good knowledge of German, English is an advantageLeadership experience in a similar environment is an advantageGood SAP, MES and MS Office skillsWe value people from different backgrounds.
