Dare and create.Description du posteWe are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team for a consultancy engagement.The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English and German (at least B2 level).You will be responsible for delivering high-quality end-user support to senior staff, ensuring their technical needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Act as the primary contact for service requests via tickets, emails, Teams, calls, or in person
  • Manage incidents, providing status updates, and documenting resolutions
  • Offer guidance on products and services
  • Escalate unresolved issues to 2nd/3rd level support
  • Install and configuring end-user devices (laptops, desktops, mobile devices, etc.)
  • Create and managing user accounts
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
QualificationsYou are results-driven professional with positive attitude. You have 3-5 years of experience in a help desk or end-user support role and that brought you :
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, office automation tools, and video conferencing equipment
  • Knowledge using help desk platforms and remote control software
  • Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and iOS operating systems
