- Establishing long-term customer relationships with a focus on "Value Selling Proposal"
- Acquisition, support and consulting of potential and existing customers
- Elaboration and promotion of our proposals
- Provide ongoing and proactive support to customers in collaboration with R&D department on project development, quality improvements and commercial contract negotiations
- Assist with legal discussions and pricing agreements for management approval
- Establish and regularly review annual sales goals and long-term forecasts
- Represent Aritec in industrial fairs. Elaborate Sales Strategy and Sales ReportingFrequent business travel within Europe
- You have a solid technical understanding of different transmission belts
- You have a technical or commercial degree
- You have 2-5 years of professional experience in the automotive industry and ideally experience in the field of synthetic fibres
- You are an open, outgoing and proactive personality and can work under pressure
- You are results and goal oriented and have a structured way of working and a networked way of thinking
- You have a high degree of self-motivation, independently and you are customer-oriented
- You have a strong will to succeed and a high level of commitment
- You integrate well into a team
- You can work efficiently and independently
- Language skills: English professional level, in written and spoken, German fluent preferred, other language is a plus
