- Responding to customer inquiries via multiple channels, including email, phone, and chat
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our software products
- Documenting support cases and solutions in our ticketing system to create a knowledge base for future reference
- Collaborating closely with product and development teams to escalate and address complex issues
- Providing training and guidance to customers on product features and best practices
- Identifying opportunities to improve our support processes and enhance customer satisfaction
- Basic programming in Java and Groovy.
- Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge.
- Familiarity with RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MS SQL) and ability to write simple SQL queries.
- Basic understanding of XML and Apache Tomcat.
- Understanding of local networks and network protocols.
- Administration skills on Windows and UNIX operating systems.
- Experience or familiarity with OpenText Content Server and ECM solutions is a plus
- Experience with ECM/ERP products such as Microsoft SharePoint, IBM FileNet, SAP, Oracle E-Business Suite is a plus
- 1+ years of experience in the IT industry, preferably in ECM-focused roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English.
- Analytical problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
- Experience in technical consultancy roles is a plus.
