- Ensuring the smooth handling of administrative processes within the entire HR life cycle (excluding recruiting)
- Ensuring data maintenance and system management using HR ERP systems
- Ensuring inquiry management for employees on all administrative topics
- Ensuring compliance with legal and labor law requirements as well as internal guidelines, regulations and directives
- Supporting and deputizing for team members
- Active participation in the continuous optimization of HR services and processes
- Basic commercial education and further education in personnel management or comparable education
- Several years of experience in a comparable HR function
- In-depth system knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and UKG PeopleDoc and very good MS Office skills
- In-depth understanding of digital workflows and their dependencies
- Curiosity and high IT affinity paired with the willingness to recognize and implement optimization potential
- High willingness to provide service and enjoy working in a team
- Reliability, a strong focus on detail and adherence to deadlines
- German language skills at native speaker level
- Very good written and spoken English skills
