🌍 International Marketing Lead📍 Location: Zug Area| 💼 80-100% | 🏠 Home office up to 2 days | ✈️ Approx. 10%⏳ Start: 01.10.2025 - latest 01.01.2026We are looking for an experienced Global Marketing Lead to strengthen the area of Cardiometabolic Diagnostics. In this role, you will design and implement international marketing strategies around a key biomarker used to identify patients at higher cardiovascular risk.You will work in close collaboration with global teams and a major pharmaceutical partner, helping to increase market adoption and visibility of innovative diagnostic solutions.Responsibilities
Develop and implement global marketing campaigns (including content, education, webinars, congress strategies)
Conduct market analysis and create messaging frameworks and guidelines for international stakeholders
Support commercialization and market entry in close cooperation with regional teams and pharma partners
Position the biomarker as a standard tool for cardiovascular risk detection in secondary prevention settings
Educational Materials & Training: Develop training concepts and toolkits to support regional affiliates and sales teams in positioning the biomarker in cardiometabolic care.
Congress & Event Management: Plan and coordinate scientific symposia, booth activities, and speaking opportunities to increase visibility in the global cardiovascular and diagnostic community.
Profile
University degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in international marketing, preferably in healthcare or diagnostics (cardiometabolic background is a plus)
Solid understanding of pharma collaborations and diagnostic commercialization
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Passion for patient-centered solutions and the ability to translate complex scientific topics into clear messages
Fluency in English (written & spoken)
