We have more than 8,500 employees of 90 different nationalities who share an independent spirit and a commitment to excellence, and who aim to constantly enrich the house's heritage by pushing the limits of creativity.Join the Heart of Client MarketingThis position is embedded within the dynamic Client Marketing team, which is built on four key pillars: Client Relations, Client Services, Client Insights, and Client Marketing Data & Knowledge.What will be your missionAs an International Client Data Analyst, you'll be part of the Client Marketing Data & Knowledge team, contributing to Cartier's Client Knowledge strategy by developing strategic insights and leading advanced analytical projects focused on client behavior. Reporting to the Head of International Client Data Science and Analytics, you will collaborate with diverse teams to drive customer-centric decisions; leveraging both your business and technical skills.HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
  • You will develop strategic insights on our Clients' behavior to drive decision by answering key business Questions with Data-driven insights. This includes leveraging our first-party data to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities; developing and applying appropriate analytical techniques to extract meaningful insights; translating complex data into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations.
  • You will monitor our Clients' key evolution and highlight key trends and regional specificities. This includes identifying significant changes in customer behavior, preferences, and demographics; providing insights into the drivers of these changes and their potential impact on the business; presenting findings in a clear and visually appealing format that is easily understood by stakeholders.
  • You will lead advanced & transversal projects linked to Customer Knowledge
E.g. Client Equation, Attribution model, …. This includes defining project scope, objectives, analytical methodologies in collaboration with stakeholders; driving projects from initial kick-off to successful launch and adoption, ensuring effective communication, collaboration and comprehensive documentation and training.HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate:
  • Academic Background: You have 7+ years of experience in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering or from a generalist Engineering/Business school with a specialization in data.
  • Analytical Mindset: You possess a strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and a creative approach to data analysis.
  • Technical Proficiency: You have proven experience with SQL and ideally some knowledge of a data visualization tool (Looker would be highly appreciated, Power BI is a plus).
  • Organizational and Project management Skills: You are organized, detail-oriented, and adept at prioritizing tasks effectively. You know how to lead a project from kick-off to closure; working in a highly transversal and collaborative context.
  • Communication : You deliver impactful and actionable learnings by tailoring presentation to different audiences. You develop compelling narratives and leverage various data visualization techniques.
  • Collaboration: You excel at collaboration, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams (from very technical to business ones).
  • Language Fluency: You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Office Suite Proficiency: You are comfortable working with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
