- Understanding key Sygnum narratives and positioning on a variety of corporate and industry topics and integrating into news stories and media responses
- Managing the full news cycle from writing press releases and managing internal and external stakeholders to pitching and distributing the news and organising interviews
- Expanding your extensive Swiss news media network to build great working relationships with key journalists
- Managing inbound media enquiries and coordinating with internal spokespeople for fast responses
- Planning and execution of communication campaigns and launches
- Writing high-quality, persuasive reports, articles, website copy
- Client and investor communications
- Product marketing strategy and value propositions
- Management of corporate communications knowledge base
- Researching, planning and executing industry events ranging from speaking engagements to sponsorships and awards
- Profiling senior team members and supporting speaking engagements
- Bachelor/master’s degree in marketing, communications or public relations. Chartered Marketer or MBA highly valued
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a relevant organisation – financial institutions, fintechs or top-notch agency
- Crypto focused organisational experience highly valued - DLT foundations, protocols, web3, exchanges, DAOs, custody, payments, staking tokenisation
- Native German language speaker is a must.
- Passionate about crypto and blockchain technology – personal crypto investment experience highly valued
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, is independent, energetic, hands on and proactive
- Ability to prioritise, make decisions and get things done; excellent stakeholder manager
- Ability to write high quality, snappy, professional prose in English
- Fluent using digital tools to analyse trends, measure impact and continually increase efficiency and impact
- Experience using a website CMS for content updates and CRM system for email communications
- Hands on experience in crypto marketing highly valued
- Experience working in a regulated environment – highly valued
