Planning and supervising the daily operations of the reception department, including guest arrivals and departures, room sales, and room allocations for VIPs, groups, and crews.
Coordinating and reviewing the work of receptionists.
Conducting training for new employees and on-the-job training.
Handling guest requests and complaints.
Supervising cashiers.
Providing information about customer loyalty programmes.
Handing over at the end of the shift.
Completing administrative tasks.
Managing your own cash register with collection, currency exchange, etc.
Preparing invoices.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Successfully completed specialist training
Communication skills and good judgement, as well as leadership skills
OPERA knowledge
Professional competence, creativity and attention to detail, as well as a very high level of quality awareness
Structured and organised way of working
Keen interest in team-oriented work
Very good knowledge of German and English and, ideally, Italian and/or Russian.
