  • Planning and supervising the daily operations of the reception department, including guest arrivals and departures, room sales, and room allocations for VIPs, groups, and crews.
  • Coordinating and reviewing the work of receptionists.
  • Conducting training for new employees and on-the-job training.
  • Handling guest requests and complaints.
  • Supervising cashiers.
  • Providing information about customer loyalty programmes.
  • Handing over at the end of the shift.
  • Completing administrative tasks.
  • Managing your own cash register with collection, currency exchange, etc.
  • Preparing invoices.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Successfully completed specialist training
  • Communication skills and good judgement, as well as leadership skills
  • OPERA knowledge
  • Professional competence, creativity and attention to detail, as well as a very high level of quality awareness
  • Structured and organised way of working
  • Keen interest in team-oriented work
  • Very good knowledge of German and English and, ideally, Italian and/or Russian.
