Join a forward-thinking pharmaceutical organization where your expertise will directly influence business transformation at scale.ResponsibilitiesAs an AI Consultant in the HCM Program, your core mission will be to support the integration of AI tools within the Workday system. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Strategic Collaboration: Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership by identifying AI opportunities in talent management and workforce planning. Drive AI alignment with organizational goals and employee experience.
  • Cross-Team Enablement: Work closely with Integration, PMO, Data Migration, and Testing teams to design, integrate, and validate AI functionalities tailored to each team's processes.
  • Data & Compliance: Support data structuring for AI-driven workflows, ensure data governance and quality, and uphold ethical standards in AI implementation.
  • Innovation & Execution: Proactively propose and scale innovative AI solutions across teams, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory frameworks.
  • Milestone Delivery: Achieve monthly goals such as roadmap development, AI prototype design, integration testing, and team training—with measurable deliverables at each stage.
ProfileTo succeed in this role, you bring a robust blend of AI expertise, Workday knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models, including NLP and predictive analytics.
  • Proficiency with tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Python, R, Tableau, and Power BI; knowledge of AWS or Azure is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday modules and their integration, architecture, and APIs.
  • Strong communication skills for advising leadership and empowering cross-functional teams with AI capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of ethical AI practices and data governance.
  • Preferred to have understanding of HCM processes and strategic impact of AI on organizational performance.
