
Senior Director Finance Vitamins Unit

- Steer and control the execution of policies and plan, safeguard the realization of this plan by managing, monitoring and controlling the financial and accounting processes
- Monitor the business and financial performance of Vitamins and provide its management team timely with the information required to ensure that decisions are based on the right information
- Oversee financial controlling processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial results
- Work in close alignment with the CFO and Vitamins VP to establish insightful management reporting
- Liaise with Digital &Tech and the Business community to ensure financial and business reporting tools are providing the business with valuable insights
- Judge all major projects on their financial soundness and accordance to the approved strategy and challenge the responsible business management
- Partner with Vitamins VP to define and implement actions for cashflow optimization
- Drive performance improvement initiatives by identifying areas of opportunities to optimise financial results

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred), additional a professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) is highly desirable
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing FP&A, accounting, and financial reporting functions in a multinational environment
- Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams and partnering with senior leadership on strategic initiatives
- In-depth knowledge of financial principles, practices, and international accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP)
- Expertise in financial reporting, accounting, data analysis, and business performance metricsand advanced proficiency in financial software (ERP systems, Excel, financial reporting tools)
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Leading change: identifies needed changes or directions that need adjustment, challenges assumptions and norms.
