- Manage the entire lifecycle of approximately 90 employees.
- Oversee and plan operator schedules.
- Organize and monitor training, secondments, permits, visas, etc.
- Control time records and manage absences.
- Liaise with social insurance organizations.
- Contribute to recruitment processes.
- Participate in HR projects.
- Diploma in commercial studies or equivalent.
- Certificate in Personnel Management Assistance.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Languages: Italian and English required, a third language is an advantage.
- With an analytical and meticulous mindset, you are dynamic, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Solution-oriented with a passion for collaborative work, you enjoy partnering with colleagues and other departments to achieve common goals.
