We are looking for you to be part of Thermo Fisher Lengnau Operations program of a global market leader!Thermo Fisher strives to hire the best and most talented graduates from a variety of disciplines and provide them with a full on-the-job education. We want to provide you with the necessary skills so that you can develop in future roles and the responsibilities that grow with them.You will be starting your rotation program at the Engineering department in summer 2024. This means that the skills gained by the program will serve as an invaluable foundation toward developing your career within our global organization.Depending on the skills, interests and career goals, the Graduate with Focus "Engineering" will choose the selection of 3 to 4 specific rotations at the site Lengnau. Each rotation lasts 5-6 months until completion with subsequent transfer to the next rotation. The overall graduate rotation program will last 24 months and can cover different areas:
  • Process, Project or Site Engineering/ Maintenance/ Calibration
  • Supply Chain
  • Automation
  • Commissioning & Qualification
  • EHSS
  • Project Management
  • Other

Your Keys to Success:Education
  • You have just acquired your Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or industrial technology
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Good knowledge of German and English (written and oral)
  • Problem solving and diagnostic skills
  • Strong Team player
  • Literacy and experience in using Microsoft Office applications
  • Passion and motivation to be the best in your field
  • Adaptable and eager to learn
  • Communicative personality and technically or scientifically curious
  • Project management experience is an advantage
