It is responsible for driving best practices and synergies to develop the function, assortment guideline processes and tools throughout Europe.Your Responsibilities:
  • Taking ownership of Core Assortment Vision and Central Guidelines across the channels to inspire and direct Full Price Strategy for Wholesale and Omnichannel towards growth
  • Closely collaborating with Channels, building mandatory core assortments to represent the Brand promise on the market, and to embody the Service Leader mission within Triumph Europe region
  • Building together with marketing and design team the seasonal Marketing Calendar reflecting in-season concepts, consumer key stories; and commercial opportunities
  • Building category plan which continuously provide opportunities and sources of growth
  • Driving the budget process in collaboration with Sales Department, and delivering against the Corporate and Business Unit KPI’s and Targets
  • Briefing the product team about target per category, commercial opportunities, space allocation, and influence product range to make sure consumer stories can be delivered
  • Continuously implement and drive the brand positioning and values across the business and within the organization
  • Developing the Team which effectively stimulates the wider organisation to follow a Brand Led Culture, aligning all Areas of the Triumph Value Chain
Your Ideal Profile:
  • You have acquired solid experience as a Merchandiser or Category manager, ideally in Retail industry at European or Global level
  • You possess proven track record of leadership, including managing complex and multifaceted teams effectively as well as cross functional co-operation abilities
  • You possesss exceptional comprehension of consumer shopping behavior and competitive dynamics
  • You can demonstrate strategic thinking and a commercial mindset, with the ability to envision the broader business landscape
  • You are strongly motivated and results-oriented, with a keen understanding of financial principles and a focus on setting and achieving key performance indicators
  • You have a proactive, problem-solving mindset with a practical and hands-on approach to challenges
  • You have excellent command of English language, profiiency in other alaguages is a plus
