Then we want to hear from you! As Head of Operation Solutions, you will play a key role in shaping Franke's global SAP SCM landscape. You will be responsible for the implementation and continuous improvement of SAP SCM solutions at Group Level, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency across the entire supply chain.This is a hands-on leadership role: while you will lead a team and drive strategic initiatives, you will also be actively involved in SAP system configuration and solution design.The position is based in Aarburg, Switzerland and requires regular on-site presence.A critical success factor for Franke's future is a standardized and streamlined system architecture with SAP as our digital core. To achieve this, we rely on global standards, avoid custom developments, and promote a unified solution culture.Your responsibilities
  • Leading a team of SAP Consultants in the areas of WM/EWM, MM, PP, QM and LE-TRA
  • Ensure the successful delivery of projects
  • Managing project timelines, budget, and resources when acting as project lead
  • Working with business representatives to understand their requirements and translating them into functional specifications
  • Drive for standardization and standard solutions; prevention of local developments
  • Identifying risks and issues and developing mitigation strategies
  • Design, customize, configure and testing of SAP SCM related topics
  • Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
  • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
Your skillset
  • University degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience as an in-house SAP Consultant in at least two of the following modules: WM/EWM, PP, QM, MM-PUR, LE-TRA
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience or equivalent project management responsibility
  • Ability to present complex topics in a clear and understandable way
  • Strong skills in translating business needs into technical solutions
  • Experience working in international teams and global project environments
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); German is a plus
  • Structured, goal-oriented, and resilient working style
  • Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and a strong team spirit
