What it's aboutPartners Group is building a new marketing business within the Client Solutions department where our institutional and private wealth marketing activities from across the firm will be combined to empower our client relationship activities. Our marketing unit will serve as the face of Partners Group to its clients, coordinating and producing all materials representing the business. We are looking for a Head Marketing Private Wealth to co-lead this business unit together with an incumbent Managing Director focused on the Institutional part of the business.Key activities:
  • Take full ownership of our Private Wealth marketing activities, shaping and implementing the marketing strategy both globally and in local markets in close collaboration with the private wealth client relationship leadership team.
  • Plan, prepare and set local marketing priorities, ensuring consistent global branding while adapting to regional preferences in close partnership with the local business.
  • Drive the content strategy for our private wealth business, overseeing all content/material production for client communication, reporting and marketing activities.
  • Develop and implement campaigns across multiple off- and online channels to support fundraising activities, open new channels and to increase client and distribution partner retention (across social media as well as physical events, sponsorship, advertising).
  • Own our private wealth website, optimize the sitemap, oversee content creation and publishing schedules, and coordinate internal and external editorial resources. Manage the private wealth marketing budget and achieve strong outcomes by prioritizing and allocating limited resources smartly.
  • Build strong relationships with distribution partners such as private banks and wholesale distributors with the goal to run effective joint distribution campaigns for relevant target groups, leveraging their network and experience.
  • Lead a group of four Content Experts, who enable you to own end-to-end marketing responsibility for our private wealth products.
  • Steer these Content Experts to consistently convey our messaging and positioning in our marketing material; direct and supervise the production of all retail channel content including editorial content, video, audio and multimedia; ensuring consistency, quality and compliance with PG Private Wealth goals.
  • Create more streamlined and automated processes to efficiently support relationship managers with effective presentations, reporting, digital media, and other marketing collateral.
  • Be responsible for the design of effective in-person and virtual events for distribution partners and high net worth individuals across our private wealth target markets.
  • Analyze and report on success of content initiatives.
What we expect
  • Top academic credentials with majors in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance and/or Economics
  • More than six years of relevant experience in an asset management/private banking marketing role with a focus on retail/private wealth clients
  • More than three years of team leadership experience
  • Experience with website content marketing, creation of effective sitemaps and search engine optimization
  • In-depth knowledge and prior exposure to the evolving private wealth industry in private markets would be a plus.
  • Eagerness and capability to drive innovation and implement marketing activities, both when ideas are self-originated and when they stem from other parts of the organization.
  • Ability to work within a matrix organization with numerous senior stakeholders.
  • Passionate, with a proven ability and confidence in presenting and negotiating at a senior level.
  • A very high degree of organizational maturity with ability to handle multiple projects and to deliver results against demanding timelines.
  • Executive leadership skills and prior success in solving complex challenges; ability to express solutions in a convincing manner; proven success in driving change and creating organizational alignment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • A humble solution provider with a bias to action, self-motivated, proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize.
