Your responsibilities- Develop the Group's Business Intelligence (BI) strategy and roadmap in close collaboration with Segment Americas and other functions.
- Act as trusted partner, interfacing between Group Controlling and IT, by defining and establishing global standards, processes and internal management information system (MIS).
- Initiate, lead and proactively work with other Group Functions and Segments.
- Liaise with the Americas Segment and leverage strong knowledge of the US Access Solutions industry.
- Coordinate the implementation of group-wide reporting and collaborate with other group functions and segments to ensure optimal business solutions.
- Drive ad-hoc projects, hands-on support to the Americas Segment on BI Projects, including ERP/BI rollouts, change requests etc.
- Lead and coordinate knowledge transfer sessions, establish and develop key user community, and provide support on BI related topics.
- Ensure efficient process integration over all dormakaba applications, mainly EXCITE suite of Applications, with PB8 – both the back end (Business Warehouse) and front-end (BI). Your profile- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP products, especially in-depth knowledge of VBA, Business Warehouse Integrated Planning and SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree with an emphasis on Finance, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science or Engineering, preferably with a business background.
- At least 5 years of work experience in a business intelligence function with strong exposure to the US Access Solutions industry, preferably in a multinational company.
- Profound understanding of dormakaba applications, mainly EXCITE suite of applications, PB8 back-end (Business Warehouse) and front-end (BI).
- Knowledge in SAP HANA, FICO module and other BI tools like e.g., Infor are an advantage.
