Department: SalesReports to: Country Manager in BYD SwitzerlandDrive the future of mobility with BYD.
We’re looking for an Experienced commercial profile to lead our relevant department in the Swiss NSC and become a pilar of our forthcoming growth.Your Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage and execute the Fleet Sales strategy for indirect customers (Fleet by Dealer) and direct customers (leasing companies, RAC companies, corporate clients).
- Establish new and nurture the existing relationships with direct customers and lead the dealer network in regards to Fleet Sales and Used Cars.
- Develop an adapted to Switzerland quality Used Cars program for the dealer network aligned with BYD’s guidelines.
- Negotiate volume agreements, pricing, incentives and eventually repurchase agreements with fleet customers.
- At least 5 years of commercial automotive experience as Fleet Sales Manager, Sales Manager or Area Sales Manager.
- Academic Degree with specialization in Business related area.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and German – Chinese or any other European Language will be considered an asset.
- Hands-on, result oriented, pressure tolerant, do more & talk-less attitude is indispensable
