- Primarily responsible for all Swiss financial activities
- Manage fixed asset register, depreciation bookings, capex project tracking, and oversee payroll journal entries.
- Perform reconciliation, analysis of balance sheet and P&L accounts, book accruals during month-end closing, and prepare/finalize VAT returns.
- Compile monthly management reports, present to the Group, and oversee local department budget-to-actual reporting.
- Develop and manage cashflow forecasts, lead quarterly re-forecasting, and coordinate country-specific budgeting in collaboration with the Group.
- Coordinate with tax authorities and financial institutions, manage year-end closing, and engage with auditors.
- Oversee controlling activities for procurement to payment processes, authorize payments, and supervise revenue recognition procedures.
- Bachelor's degree (a further advanced subject matter expert degree preferred)
- A minimum of ten years of business experience in Accounting & Controlling
- You possess strong skills in financial processes and leadership, along with excellent negotiation and decision-making abilities
- You are hands-on and have great prioritization skills
- You are fluent in both German and English
- You have a positive attitude and are result oriented
