- Act as a partner and trusted advisor to senior leadership of Group Functions, leveraging data insights to understand talent and workforce challenges and objectives and to guide and create solutions on full range of HR topics.
- Influence, develop and implement solutions on all aspects of talent management, organization development and workforce planning to enhance employee engagement and enable business goals.
- Take a lead role with the business and CoE colleagues on key talent and core HR process initiatives (e.g., performance management, selection, workforce planning, hi-potential employee development, succession planning, etc..).
- Partner with leaders to identify critical roles and implement strategies for building talent pipelines, including internal development, external recruitment, and succession planning.
- Lead succession planning efforts to identify and develop future leaders within the organization, ensuring business continuity and long-term success.
- Champion the development of employees to build a robust leadership pipeline and ensure organizational readiness for future growth.
- Lead and support business leaders through organizational changes.
- Develop and execute change management strategies that ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruption to the business.
- Act as a resource for managers and employees, providing guidance and support during periods of transformation and change.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives in partnership with business leaders, ensuring that the organization's culture and employee experience align with company values and business objectives.
- Partner with business leaders to design and implement performance management strategies that foster a high-performance culture and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations on improving employee retention, identifying key drivers of turnover, and implementing strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate across the HR function and build strong relationships to align on talent needs and organizational priorities.
- Participate proactively in HR projects implement Group wide initiatives within your functions, ensuring leadership alignment around the impact and roll out.
- At least 10 years experience as a HR professional, including international experience thereof at least 2 years experience operating as an HRBP.
- Commercially astute and able to translate HR expertise into practical value to support and solve business issues.
- Experience in outlining and driving an informed agenda.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and relationship building skills with experience working with Executive Teams to C-suite level.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the capability to partner and influence executive teams.
- Experience in change management and in coaching and mentoring at executive level.
- Strong execution skills, proven experience with translating strategy into action; understanding of how to prioritize and deliver on multiple tasks.
- Being agile and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Proven track-record in identifying and implementing business solutions.
- Experience in dealing with culturally diverse teams.
- Strong self-motivation and results orientation.
- Ability to think conceptually, challenge tradition and navigate effectively across the organization.
- Fluency in English, second language an advantage.
