  • Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Evaluation von motivierenden, abwechslungsreichen und binnendifferenzierten Bildungsmodulen für schulungewohnte erwachsene Migrant:innen
  • sprachsensible Vermittlung von schulischen Grundlagen im Fach «IKT» (Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien) bis zum Berufsschulniveau
  • Erstellung von Lernfortschrittberichten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit der Schuladministration und dem Pädagogikteam
Requirements
  • Ausbildung und mehrjährige Erfahrung auf Stufe Primar oder Sek I/II oder Berufsschule, vorzugsweise in allgemeinbildenden Fächern, Deutsch, Informatik oder Weiterbildung im Bereich IKT
  • CAS Förderung bei Rechenschwäche oder dipl. Dyskalkulie-/Dyslexietherapeut:in von Vorteil
  • Ausbildung (SVEB 1 Zertifikat oder äquivalent) und Erfahrung im Bereich Unterricht mit Erwachsenen
  • breites Fachwissen sowie die Fähigkeit, dieses teilnehmerorientiert zu vermitteln
  • selbstverständlicher Umgang mit Heterogenität
  • ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz, lösungsorientierte Haltung, ein offenes Menschenbild, Einfühlungsvermögen und Geduld
  • kompetente Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache (mind. C1)
