AdeccoFor an important client in the Bellinzona area, we are looking for the following profile:ResponsabilitàThe ideal candidate will be involved in managing the IT infrastructure deployed in a multi-cloud environment. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep expertise in modern IT architectures, supporting both offices and production plants around the world. The candidate will also contribute to the design and architecture of technological innovation across the organization, leveraging their long-term vision to enhance the current IaaS and Cybersecurity capabilities.- Systems Management: Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of robust and secure IT systems to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability. Develop and implement best practices for system administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, backup, with an eye on automating recurring tasks, security processes, and responding to security incidents
- Security Operations (SecOps): combine traditional infrastructure engineering skills with cybersecurity expertise to secure and manage the organization's IT infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security policies and standards
- Multi-Cloud Management: manage multi-cloud environments, leveraging the strengths of the Azure and on-prem VMware platforms to meet business needs. Ensure seamless integration, interoperability, and efficient resource utilization across public, private, and hybrid cloud infrastructures
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with stakeholders, understanding business requirements and deliver effective IT solutions. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner
- Knowledge Management: promote structured architectural and operations knowledge and documentation, supporting systems management, troubleshooting, and strategic planningIl tuo profilo- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, databases, backup, HA/DR strategies, virtualization technologies
- Strong understanding of security principles, frameworks, and best practices; NIST/CIS or ISO 27001 exposure will be considered a plus
- At least 4 years hands-on experience in managing and architecting cloud platforms
- Proficiency in Italian and English, any other language is an asset
- Will be considered a plus the following certifications: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ104) / Any VMware infrastructure related advanced certification (i.e. VCAP, VCF)
- Familiarity with frameworks such as TOGAF, ITIL, or ISO/IEC 42010 is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
