  • Active Managing of customer orders or customer demand planning in SAP (plausibility check, delete implausible planning orders, postpone or advance productions, searching for switches, check and verify long planning horizon)
  • Check of plausibility and alignment with Order Management regarding the real demand (in regards of volume and timing)
  • Check of plan-orders with in the daily routine
  • Reconcilement of confirmed orders in regards of production and delivery date and in case of discrepancies coordination and alignment of solution with customer and material planning. Run escalation process if no agreement can be found
  • Responsible for the complete data transfer of customer demands (uploads, checking interface, file updates, data verification)
  • Responsible for generating and anlizing requested SAP reports
  • Inventory and cylinder tracking
  • Daily and fluent communication between Order Center Front End, Production and SCM EU (SCM Support, SCM Account Management and SCM Demand Planning)
  • Involvement in process improvement procedures
You bring these skills, experience & education
  • 1-3 years job experience in Order Management/Material Planning/similar positions
  • Industry know-how
  • Analytical thinking
  • Working knowledge and use of office productivity tools (MS Office)
  • Working knowledge of SAP (nice to have)
  • Customer-oriented
  • Competent user in English (any other European language is a plus)
