- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, particularly with high-cost drugs in hospital settings.
- Background in biosimilars or therapeutic areas such as Rare Diseases, Haematology, Nephrology, Immunology, Oncology, Endocrinology, Orthopaedics, or Rheumatology.
- Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent; advanced qualifications in Business Administration or Health Economics are advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ideally Fluent in German and French is essential; English proficiency is also required. Italian is a plus.
- Willingness to travel regularly across Switzerland.
- Valid Swiss driving license.
