Description:The EMEA Sales Lead will spearhead ALPINE WHITE's sales efforts across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). This role combines strategic planning and hands-on execution, with a focus on establishing direct key accounts in the DACH region and building a robust distributor network across Europe. The portfolio includes both OTC products for consumers and professional products for dental practices, requiring tailored sales and marketing strategies for each vertical.Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record (7+ years) in sales, key account management, or business development in the healthcare, dental, or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of the EMEA market, with established relationships in the DACH region is a plus.
  • Experience managing distributors and developing successful partnerships in multiple countries.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is desirable, additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for both OTC and professional product lines.
  • Open and grow key accounts and retail partnerships directly in the DACH region.
  • Establish and manage a network of distributors across other European countries.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
Key Account Management
  • Build strong relationships with partners to drive sales and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements to achieve sustainable growth.
  • Monitor key account performance and implement plans to exceed sales targets.
Distributor Network Management
  • Identify, onboard, and manage distributors to represent ALPINE WHITE in their respective markets.
  • Set clear KPIs for distributors and regularly review their performance.
  • Provide training and resources to distributors to ensure product positioning and value propositions.
Trade Marketing & Partner Coordination
  • Plan and execute trade marketing activities in collaboration with key accounts and distributors.
  • Support partners with point-of-sale materials, campaigns, and product launches.
  • Monitor and analyze trade marketing initiatives to optimize ROI and effectiveness.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide regular feedback from the field to inform product development and marketing efforts.
  • Participate in trade shows and conferences to promote products and build brand visibility.
