You will manage stock allocation and replenishment to proactively meet demand and ensure flawless execution of order fulfilment processes.You will play a pivotal role in maximising service levels and maintaining a competitive edge by analysing sales and inventory data, identifying risks such as out-of-stock situations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.A Day in the Life of a Order Fulfilment / VMI Specialist
- Generate optimized replenishment orders using sales history and stock availability and proactively manage out-of-stock risks and define stock allocation rules
- Leverage data integrity reports to manage the replenishment process end-to-end
- Maintain effective management of VMI technical solutions and data alignment
- Drive customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service consistently
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring issues are followed through and learnings are integrated into process improvements
- Analyze customer behaviour trends to improve replenishment accuracy
- Identify risks and opportunities in replenishment for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance distribution cost efficiency
- College or university degree required
- Experience in Supply Chain end-to-end processes and customer service practices
- Background with emphasis on customer relations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and communicate effectively
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Pragmatic mindset with strong numerical skills
- Analytical and problem solving approach, with curiosity
- Ability to speak and write in German in a professional setting; knowledge of English and French is an asset
