Our office in Basel offers door-to-door transportation as well as 3PL services and supports international B2B customers in ensuring the smooth execution of their processes.We are looking for a motivated individual for our inside sales department who can inspire our customers and further strengthen our market position in Switzerland.Aufgaben
Manage and develop the customer portfolio
Prepare price offers and document price changes
Monitor the market, carry out and optimize administrative sales processes
Collaborate closely with internal departments and international branches
Prepare and document customer interactions in the CRM system
Advise and support existing and new customers
Qualifikation
Excellent knowledge of Swiss German and English; Turkish language skills are an advantage
Strong negotiation and sales skills
Proficient in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage
Independent, structured, and team-oriented working style
