Organise and maintain the office of two members of the Board of Management (CFO and CRO)
Plan and monitor diary, meetings and appointments
Prepare and edit correspondence
Organise client meetings, workshops and events
Coordinate travel arrangements
Prepare presentations, agendas, minutes and other documents
Monitor and follow up action items for the CFO and CRO and their direct reports
Research special topics and assist with project work
Your profile
Office diploma or similar
At least 5 years' of work experience as Executive Assistant or in a similar position
Excellent knowledge of all main MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organisational skills and sense of ownership
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proactive, dynamic and flexible personality
Valuing and promoting an inclusive working and learning environment
Fluent English and German
