Your primary objectives will be to cultivate and accelerate opportunities in Digital Infrastructure, OX or CX initiatives. The other strategic value propositions of Orange Business are also able to expand your business development. You will also coordinate and lead global bid teams, ensuring proposals advance seamlessly from conception to close.
As a key contributor to an entrepreneurial business unit, you will lead the go-to-market strategy for targeted multinational customer segments headquartered in Switzerland.Key Responsibilities:New Business Acquisition & Account Growth: Identify, qualify, and secure new opportunities within large enterprise and global clients (with emphasis on pharmaceutical and financial sectors), while expanding existing strategic accounts.Client Discovery & Solution Selling: Engage C-level and senior stakeholders to conduct needs analyses, understand IT and business challenges, and collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to develop tailored, value-driven proposals.Pipeline Management & Forecasting: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools; provide accurate forecasts, conduct consistent follow-ups, and generate timely reports to ensure visibility into deal progression.Cross-functional Collaboration & Bid Leadership: Lead and coordinate global bid teams for complex, multinational RFPs/RFQs; work closely with marketing, product, delivery, and partner teams to align client requirements with Orange Business capabilities and drive opportunities to closure.Market Intelligence & Positioning: Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to identify white-space opportunities, refine positioning, and adapt go-to-market strategies effectively.about youQualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent relevant experienceStrong business and financial acumen with proven record of accomplishment in digital transformationStrong understanding of the telecoms and IT industries.Ideally, Industry expertise in life science, pharma or financial services.Skills:Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills; the ability to sell ideas, products and servicesExcellent listening skills and ability to understand client's needsFluent in English and German (+French is a plus)Ability to work seamlessly with clients across Switzerland and EMEADemonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in bid management, technical design, and service delivery.Proficiency in commercial and legal negotiations, including interfacing with Procurement, Legal, and Business Operations teams.High level of self-motivation, professional discipline, and results-driven.Experience:5 years of experience in quota-carrying roles selling Solutions in Digital Infrastructure, Operations (OX) and Customer Experience (CX).
