  • You have a design background, a passion for home furnishings, and a curiosity and understanding of people's everyday lives at home.
  • You are a creative mind with strong commercial understanding and an eye for aesthetics.
  • You actively seek to improve your working methods in a simple, streamlined, and cost-effective way.
  • You are able to plan projects independently and bring it to full realization.
  • You work efficiently and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are proficient in computer software and have knowledge and experience with Revit.
  • You are a team player and enjoy to collaborate with other people
  • You have good German and English language skills.
Key responsibilities (title) Your responsibilitiesKey responsibilities (text) • Design and implement home furnishing solution reflecting our local market and their life at home.
  • Use the IKEA product range to reflect relevant styles, living situations, and price level.
  • Work with and coordinate external companies until the full execution of your project
  • Work daily with your colleagues in the Sales and Logistics departments to ensure a vibrant, attractive, and relevant business in Switzerland.
